I absolutely agree with you, and I think the reason is because we have way too many immature and childish people in EMS, I don’t think we have mature adults in this industry. If you look at the average age in EMS, they are in their 20’s, I think that is where the issue is. Nobody looks at EMS as a career, just a stepping stone.
